Welcome to GLO Auto Inc. ("GLO," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing gloauto.co (the "Site"), downloading the GLO Auto app, or buying any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method belongs to you or you are authorized to use it.
We try to display product details, colors, and pricing accurately. Actual installed LED color may vary slightly between vehicles due to ambient interior color. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted, and we may change prices any time before an order is placed. Once an order is confirmed, the price is locked.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion — for example, if we suspect fraud, if a product is out of stock, or if there's a pricing error. Cancellations include a full refund.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier receives the package. See our Shipping page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Our 30-day return policy and 2-year warranty are described on our Returns page. By purchasing, you agree to those terms.
GLO Auto kits are designed for 12V vehicles model year 2008 and newer with a standard OBD-II port. While the kit is plug-and-play, you are responsible for proper installation, including placement of LED strips clear of moving parts (pedals, steering linkage, seat rails). We are not liable for installation errors that cause vehicle damage or impair safe operation.
The GLO Auto app is intended to be used while the vehicle is parked. Do not operate the app while driving. Use only voice or pre-saved scenes when in motion. Local laws regarding distracted driving apply.
Interior ambient lighting laws vary by state and country. The app blocks pure red and pure blue from front-facing zones by default; you are responsible for compliance with any local laws if you override these defaults.
The GLO Auto mobile app is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal use with our hardware. The app may receive over-the-air updates; we may also discontinue specific features with reasonable notice.
All content on this Site and in the app — logos, designs, source code, scene presets — is owned by GLO Auto Inc. or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any of it without written permission, except for personal use.
If you submit reviews, photos, or video to us (or tag us on social), you grant GLO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and modify that content in connection with our business. You represent that the content is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLO, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including damage to your vehicle, lost data, or lost profits — arising from your use of the Site, app, or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, TX, except either party may bring small-claims actions in small-claims court. Questions: legal@gloauto.co.
