Returns & 2-year warranty

Install GLO. Drive with it for 30 days. If it doesn't deliver — wrong color, didn't fit your car, the install was a pain — send it back for a full refund. We pay return shipping in the US. Every kit also comes with a 2-year warranty on the controller and LED strips.

30-day return window

1. Email returns@gloauto.co with your order number and a quick note on what didn't work.
2. We send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop it at any USPS or UPS location.
4. Refund hits your original payment method within 3–5 business days of arrival.

What qualifies

• Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
• Controller and at least 3 of the 4 LED strips included
• Normal install wear is fine — we expect you to actually try it
• One return per household per 12 months

2-year warranty

If your controller fails, an LED strip stops lighting up, or the app stops connecting due to a firmware issue within 24 months — we ship a replacement free, no return needed. Email warranty@gloauto.co with a photo or video.

Not covered: water damage from car washes with the dash drenched, cuts to the LED strips, or installing on a 6V vintage vehicle (it won't work — we tried).

Damaged on arrival

If anything shows up broken or doesn't power on — email us within 7 days with a photo and we ship a replacement immediately. You don't even need to return the original.

Install help

If you're stuck mid-install, before you return — try install@gloauto.co or open the in-app help chat. We've debugged 200+ installs and probably know your car. Returns are not the first call.

International returns

We accept international returns within 30 days. International customers cover return shipping; the refund processes in full once we receive the kit.
