Kits ship within 1 business day from our Dallas warehouse. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment the label scans.

United States

• Standard (3–5 business days) — Free on orders over $35, $5.95 otherwise
• Express (2 business days) — $10.95 flat
• Overnight — $24.95 to most US zip codes (order by 1pm CT)

International

• Canada — 4–7 business days, $11.95 flat
• UK & EU — 7–11 business days, $19.95 flat
• Australia & New Zealand — 8–14 business days, $24.95 flat
• Rest of world — 10–18 business days, calculated at checkout

International customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes. The kit ships with a low-value invoice for fastest customs clearance.

Tracking

Every kit ships with full tracking through USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on destination. Tracking updates land in your inbox (and SMS, if you opted in) within an hour of carrier scan.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows delivered but it isn't there, please give it 48 hours — carriers occasionally mis-scan. After that, email orders@gloauto.co and we'll reship or refund — your call.

Address changes

We can update your shipping address as long as the package hasn't shipped. Once in transit, it can't be redirected. Reply to your order confirmation within an hour for the best shot.
